OnePlus is gearing up to expand its wearable lineup with the forthcoming OnePlus Watch 3, expected to debut globally alongside the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R smartphones in early 2025.
An exclusive report from Smartprix and @heyitsyogesh, has provided details about the OnePlus Watch 3. The OnePlus Watch 3 is anticipated to maintain a design akin to its predecessor, the OnePlus Watch 2, featuring a 46.6mm x 47.6mm case with a reduced thickness of 11.75mm, enhancing comfort for daily wear.

A notable addition is the inclusion of a rotating crown, offering users a tactile and intuitive method to navigate the user interface, similar to the Apple Watch’s Digital Crown.
The Watch 3 is set to enhance health monitoring capabilities with an improved heart rate sensor suite, including ECG functionality, allowing users to monitor their heart health more comprehensively.
OnePlus is exploring LTE connectivity for the Watch 3, enabling it to operate independently of a smartphone for calls and notifications. The smartwatch is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor, paired with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, ensuring smooth performance.
The OnePlus Watch 3 is rumored to feature a significant battery upgrade, with a capacity ranging between 631mAh and 648mAh, promising extended usage between charges.
The smartwatch is expected to run on a dual operating system architecture, combining Google’s Wear OS with OnePlus’s proprietary RTOS, optimizing performance and battery efficiency.
The OnePlus Watch 3 is anticipated to launch globally in early 2025, potentially coinciding with the OnePlus 13 series release.
