OnePlus released its first tablet, the OnePlus Pad, last year and it was really successful because of its incredible price and specifications. OnePlus Pad 2 is continuing the tradition with upgraded specifications priced incredibly well.

OnePlus Pad 2 was launched at the Summer Launch Event along with OnePlus Nord 4, One Plus Watch 2R, and OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro.

OnePlus Pad 2 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset coupled with options for up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Central to its appeal is the expansive 12.1-inch LCD display, boasting an impressive 3K resolution of 2,120×3,000 pixels. This high-resolution panel achieves a pixel density of 303ppi, ensuring every detail on the screen is crisp and vibrant.

Moreover, with a dynamic refresh rate of up to 144Hz and Dolby Vision support, users can expect smooth visuals and immersive colors, making it ideal for both work and multimedia consumption.

The camera is not too great but it features a decent 13MP rear camera complemented by an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

The battery is one of the standout features of the OnePlus Pad 2. It integrates a large 9,510mAh battery and supports 67W SuperVOOC fast charging technology, enabling rapid recharges that minimize downtime.

Running on Android 14 with OnePlus’s signature OxygenOS 14 overlay, the user experience is characterized by fluid navigation and intuitive interface design. Connectivity options abound with Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7, dual-band Wi-Fi support, and a versatile USB Type-C port. Additionally, the tablet incorporates facial recognition technology for seamless and secure unlocking, enhancing user convenience and data privacy.

Launching initially in Nimbus Gray, the OnePlus Pad 2 offers two storage configurations:

• 8GB RAM + 128GB storage: Rs. 39,999
• 12GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs. 42,999

Prospective buyers can look forward to an open sale starting from August 1, with optional accessories like the OnePlus Stylo 2 and Smart Keyboard available separately for Rs. 5,499 and Rs. 8,499, respectively.
